The Founding 25 Realtor Partner Program is limited to the first 25 qualifying real estate professionals accepted by CIVORA.
Program participation is subject to CIVORA service-area coverage and eligibility requirements.
The Founding Realtor Partner designation is permanent once awarded and remains associated with the original qualifying participant.
Program benefits, preferred pricing, client benefits, eligibility requirements, and other program features may evolve or change over time. Changes to individual benefits do not affect an awarded Founding Realtor Partner designation.
Founding Partner benefits apply only to eligible CIVORA services and qualifying client requests.
Preferred pricing and client benefits may vary based on service, scope, property condition, location, and availability.
Emergency response, insurance-related work, major remediation, and certain specialty services may be excluded from promotional or preferred pricing.
Priority scheduling is subject to technician, equipment, service-area, and appointment availability and does not guarantee same-day or emergency service.
Client benefits have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, program benefits may not be combined with other CIVORA promotions or discounts.
No minimum referral volume, enrollment fee, or long-term service commitment is required.
Participation does not create an employment, agency, brokerage, joint-venture, exclusive-referral, or similar relationship between CIVORA and the participating real estate professional.
$50 Home-Care Voucher: Eligible buyers and sellers referred by an active CIVORA Realtor Partner may receive a $50 Home-Care Voucher toward an eligible CIVORA service of $250 or more. Limited to one voucher per qualifying household/property transaction. Voucher has no cash value and may not be combined with Founding Partner package pricing, promotional offers, discounts, or other credits unless expressly stated otherwise by Civora.
CIVORA may modify, replace, or discontinue individual program benefits as the Realtor Partner Program evolves. Such changes do not affect a participant’s Founding Realtor Partner designation.
