Some odors sit at the surface. Others have a source that needs to be identified and treated.
Pet accidents, smoke, moisture-related conditions, and other persistent odors can penetrate carpet fibers, backing, padding, upholstery, and surrounding materials. Simply adding fragrance may temporarily change what you smell without addressing why the odor is there.
Civora’s Healthy Home Restore begins with an assessment of the affected area. Based on what we find, treatment may incorporate specialized odor-control chemistry, professional extraction, targeted material treatment, and air filtration or scrubbing when appropriate.
We treat the source and conditions we can identify, not simply cover the odor with fragrance.

The promotion is available to the first 25 qualifying residential customers who book and complete an eligible Founding 25 service within Civora’s service area, subject to scheduling and service eligibility.
A standard sofa generally means a typical residential sofa of conventional size and construction. Sectionals, oversized pieces, specialty fabrics, delicate materials, or pieces requiring specialized treatment may require separate assessment and pricing.
No. Standard deodorizing is intended for routine freshness following cleaning. Persistent odors, pet urine contamination, smoke, or other source-related odor conditions may require assessment and targeted treatment through Healthy Home Restore.
Founding 25 service is available within Civora’s Triangle-area service territory, including Apex, Cary, Raleigh, Durham, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, and surrounding communities, subject to scheduling availability.

A standard room is a normally furnished residential carpeted area within the package size guidelines confirmed during scheduling. Oversized, combined, unusually furnished, or specialty areas may require a different scope, which we’ll discuss before service.
Not without your approval. We confirm the service scope before beginning. If conditions differ materially from what was described during scheduling, we’ll explain what we found and discuss any change in scope or price before additional work is performed.
No responsible odor-treatment provider can determine that before evaluating the source and affected materials. Civora treats identified conditions using appropriate methods and explains when contamination may extend into materials requiring additional treatment or replacement.

Specialty materials, extensive contamination, restorative conditions, oversized areas or furnishings, and work outside the defined package scope may require separate pricing. Any additional work and associated pricing will be presented for approval before it is performed. Offer availability and package details are subject to change for future, unbooked services.
