* Founding 25 introductory pricing applies only to eligible services and approved scopes of work. Not all CIVORA services are included in promotional pricing.
* Property size, condition, accessibility, service requirements, and requested scope may affect pricing. A clear scope and price will be provided for approval before work begins.
* If conditions discovered during service require a change in scope, CIVORA will discuss the recommended change and obtain approval before additional work is performed.
* Emergency services, water damage restoration, mold remediation, insurance-related work, and other specialized or regulated services may be excluded from promotional pricing and quoted separately.
* Multiple units or properties may qualify, but eligibility and pricing are determined based on the specific service relationship and scope.
* Offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless expressly stated.
